How It Started: The Problem We Recognized
Back in 2016, our founder noticed something troubling in Dutch organizations: people spent hours in meetings yet rarely left feeling productive. Decisions dragged on. Voices weren’t heard equally. Energy dissipated. We’re talking about real costs — time wasted, frustration building, team morale declining.
That’s when Vergadering Leiden B.V. was born. We didn’t want to just run meetings differently; we wanted to reshape how groups think together. Not through heavy-handed control, but through proven facilitation techniques that bring out the best thinking from everyone in the room.
Today, we’ve worked with nonprofits, tech companies, government agencies, and educational institutions across the Netherlands. Each organization had the same core need: groups that can actually talk to each other and reach strong decisions together.
